Abby Bull
Louisiana Soft Play Sales Rep / Marketing Director
Born and raised in the small town of Willcox, Arizona, Abby graduated from Northern Arizona University in December 2022 with bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Criminology. Shortly after, she moved to her mother’s hometown of New Orleans – a city she had fallen in love with through many visits over the years. In November 2023, she joined the playground industry at Hahn Enterprises, where she quickly discovered how much she loved helping bring meaningful play environments to life.
At Swift Recreation, Abby serves as the Marketing & Social Media Manager and Louisiana SoftPlay Sales Representative. She blends her creative strengths with her background in psychology to support and promote play environments that encourage imagination, confidence, teamwork, and growth. In her marketing role, Abby creates engaging social media content, promotional materials – like flyers, business cards, and holiday cards – and branding campaigns that reflect Swift Recreation’s mission and personality. She also represents our new product line, Soft Play, across Louisiana, guiding clients through consultations and custom playground solutions designed to fit their spaces and goals.
One of Abby’s favorite parts of the job is capturing finished installations through photos and videos, sharing the final result in a way that highlights both the design and the impact on the community. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, watching football, playing pickleball and tennis, snowboarding, and really any activity that fuels her competitive nature.
Michele Dalon
Mississippi / North Alabama Sales Rep
Born and raised in the lively city of New Orleans, Michele brings the same energy and spirit from her hometown to her role as Mississippi Sales Representative. With a background in marketing, where she managed 13 dealerships across the Gulf Coast, Michele decided to take on a new challenge in the playground industry in January 2024. At Hahn Enterprises, she quickly took charge, managing 16 projects and generating over $1.1 million in sales within her first nine months. Now at Swift Recreation, Michele is eager to continue driving success across southern Mississippi, where she represents Swift’s full product line, while also leading Soft Play sales in North Alabama.
For Michele, the most important part of her job is building strong, lasting relationships with her clients. She prides herself on being dependable and reliable, and strives to be more than just a sales representative—she is here to be the go-to person for her clients, guiding them through every step of the process. Her goal is simple: to make each project as smooth and stress-free as possible while delivering exceptional results.
As the second oldest of six siblings, when she is not helping clients create exciting and fun outdoor spaces, you can find Michele spending time with her family and cheering on the New Orleans Saints and Pelicans. Michele’s love for her hometown and her dedication to family and community are at the heart of everything she does, and she brings that same dedication to every project she works on.
Jack Cartwright
Northwest Arkansas Sales Rep
Jack Cartwright began his playground career in 2011 with Bentonville Parks and Recreation in Bentonville, AR, where he spent six years as Operations Foreman. It was during this time, working alongside a dedicated management team, that he fell in love with playgrounds, learning the ins and outs of maintenance and installation. In 2017, Jack transitioned to the sales side of the industry, where he has brought his passion and personal ‘why’ to each project he completes.
Jack’s motivation stems from his childhood, when his cousin Troy, who has Down Syndrome, was unable to participate in many activities, including playing on the playground. Since joining the playground industry, Jack has been inspired by the advancements in inclusive play and strives to bring these opportunities to the communities he serves. Nothing brings him more joy than seeing children of all abilities play side by side without barriers.
Based in Northwest Arkansas, Jack is deeply connected to his community through his work and his church. He has been a Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI) since 2013 and earned his NPCAI Recreation Installation Specialist Certification (RISC) in 2020, ensuring every project meets ASTM safety standards for playgrounds and surfacing. Outside of work, Jack enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf, fishing, and restoring classic VWs. He looks forward to continuing to bring his passion for playgrounds, along with his knowledge and experience, to both his community and his customers.

Martie takes pride in treating every customer with the same respect and passion, regardless of project size, and is dedicated to bringing their visions to life. Certified in Inclusive Playground Design by Natalie Mackay, Martie integrates her expertise into every project, ensuring that each playground supports children’s development and provides a welcoming environment for all.
When she’s not designing playgrounds or managing projects, Martie enjoys spending time with her husband, Ross, and their two daughters, Jemma and Rowan, often taking in the beauty of Lake Ouachita at sunset. She looks forward to continuing her work across Arkansas under the new leadership at Swift Recreation.
